I tend to find myself drawn to the in app purchase specials where you can purchase dozens off different cards with some coins… why is this offer only available sometimes? How do i trigger it to appear again?

I’ve often wished that was possible, but I haven’t found a way to make them appear.
It would be very cool to have a store to pop in and buy whatever we want when we need it!
