Does anyone know how to open the Happy New Year chest?

Go to your Inbox [top right] in the Rewards tab scroll until you find it and then tap OPEN
But if you’re referring to the one in the PERK [under News tab], your team MUST complete Perk 7 in order to get the Happy New Year Chest.
You should be able to tap it and it should open from there
