Every day I usually log into the game around 6am EST to collect my coins, daily bonus, club bonus, etc. Play the game and then am in/out collecting. Tonight I go back in to collect coins and EVERY bonus I normally get at the beginning of the day was posted again. I didn’t collect, wasn’t sure I should, not knowing if it will affect gameplay tomorrow. Is this happening to anyone else?

I get that plus the same thing with the daily booster. Log in and collect after midnight, then the next day re-collect as normal - most of the time I can collect both times

Yes, I actually had it twice a day for 3 days, I collected because I actually thought, Oh! I didn’t collect? Day 2 I was pretty sure I collected, but I’m old and stuff so I actually couldn’t confirm so I did collect, day 3. I knew I did, I made note, and day 4 it seemed to sort it out, support was aware of the situation, but alas, today, I received no personal quests… (insert sad face here)

My daily coins amd rewards came in the late afternoon, which is weird. A month ago I collected twice in one day then it skipped a day completely.

I have had this going on for weeks now. My streak bonus sometimes comes in twice some days. In the past 20 hours I have been unable to get any ads. They keep f#$%ing with our coins too. I am running the 6.1.5.xxxxx revision of the program and it is crap. A friend also is having the same issues. This is rediculous already. They say that since you are getting things, there is no problem. If you can’t plan when to do your 1/2 hour freeplay etc, this is a bad joke. No event week announcement this week either. Find the event when it starts. It truly looks like they are trying to make player quit the game.

I’ve got the opposite problem. When I go to collect daily bonuses they have already been collected.
Yesterday mine never came in until late afternoon also. Never had that happen before.

@1369, I would definitely contact them in the game about that. It’s located in the top left corner of the screen, click on your pic, then HELP and CONTACT US.
I am still flip floppy, sometimes they are there in the morning, sometimes not until 6:30 my time. I find that closing the game and reopening it will help with my rewards popping up, at least the time is consistent in the evening … so far lol

Make sure if you aren’t getting them at all, send in a ticket and be specific on the items you are missing, like 1 red star 1 wild, what ever is in your perks and include your coins. If you just say missing 4 boosters, they will send you random boosters. It’ll take a few days but at least you’ll get them eventually, and for each day I would send a separate ticket, less confusing for them lol

Now I can’t view videos to collect points. They “fix” one thing and mess with another.
yes it’s been happening to me too. Sometimes I get them at midnight and sometimes at 6:30pm. No consistency But never get extra!

I’m in TX, & I’ve also been getting daily rewards, including Sunday start-over & Thursday tournament rewards during the day & daily booster at midnight…along with daily rewards without start-over & tournament rewards.
I figure they’re transitioning daily rewards in response to complaints that everything being done same time as daily booster has impacted our 30-minute boosters (double red-star, free-play, golden tiki, etc.). Just wish they’d already eliminate ads coming up same time as booster. I earned 30-min free-play 2 days ago & lost some 5 minutes free-play coz of ads & pop-ups.

I get mine around 6 in the evening…used to be after midnight. Thing is, I’m a leader and sometimes I just pop in to see how the group is doing and I really don’t have time to play for 30 mins straight, but so I won’t lose the 30 mins free play or momo cards, I have to stop everything and play. I hate it! I hope they fix the problem soon. Obviously its happening to LOTS of people.
Did they ever fix the 8 hr waiting to ask for more coins that they did to some people. My every 4 hrs wasn’t affected, so was just wondering.

We live in uk and usualy get our daily bonuses rewards midnight gmt.
For past 2 weeks we go on at midnight on Thursday night and our bonuses are not there we wait up till 1 am and still not there.in the morning we get our weekly perk rewards but no sign of daily rewards.
Contacted gsn and apparently we collected them 2.19 am while we were asleep.they refuse to reimburse
