I would submit a help request in the game. That way it is tied to your account. If you haven’t done it before, click on your pic, top left of your game screen, then click on HELP and CONTACT US.

Same problems here. Submitted 3 support requests over a 7 day period before I got an answer that said I got my 35,000 coins when I never did.
Came here to see if I was the only one. A lot of errors. Club errors at the end of a games etc
Also when running out of cards - the purchase more cards is not showing the perk bonus of making it less expensive. It shows visually an empty spot where the cheaper price would usually be and ends up costing normal price. This happens quite often.

I am totally unhappy with the support team response. Twice they basically called me a liar saying I received the coins/rewards and I did not. Not helpful.
