I have the message in my inbox about Skylands, all my levels are completed. But I don’t have the island. Where is it?

I asked support [through the game] the same question and waiting on their reply. I had that same message, but it is no longer in my inbox.

They haven’t gotten back to me either! And now several in my club have the island even though they can’t play it!
Its the world right after prehistoric. Just start playing
