How do I remove myself as coleader?

Just ask your leader to remove you. I don’t think you can do this yourself. Explain that you’re honoured to be trusted but you don’t want the responsibility - you just want to play. A leader may make you a co-leader to try and keep you there so be honest if you don’t plan to stay or to leave.

I did ask but she said she doesnt know how?
In order to make someone a co-leader, you just click on their name in My Club and you see the option to “Promote to Co-Leader” It would make sense that if they click on that again, your leader should see the option to demote to Member.
