I see people amazing clubs left and right. I am so frustrated of trying to motivate people that come into the club but don’t want to follow the rules after the first week or so. I removed a gal from the club and she turned around and came right back in. I didn’t want to do it the first time but she thought that she didn’t have to adhere to the club rules and she started just getting like 13k for the club and stopped and swallowed up all the goodies in the perks in the gift boxes of $20 ones and on and on. As a coleader I have impolite, Stern, Sterner, using the team effort it’s for the team type thing do it for the team and nothing seems to work. A lady on the team had said it just doesn’t seem fair for the people that work really really hard and the slacker Slack and they get the same rewards as we do. I agree. I think if instead of removing people if we took these rewards away from them a couple weeks in a row I believe they would either straighten up that gives him a chance to reformed themselves for the club and to be there for the right reasons or then we can remove them. I would like the developers of this game to fix something so that we can stop the perks being received from people that are not ientitled to the goodies because they didn’t work for them. This is caused a lot of people to be frustrated and walk away from the game. Can you make us something like this please sure would be appreciative of it and I want to be selected to be the first one to use it LOL when I don’t have to pay for to be able to get a sneak peek wink, wink. This is very needed to be able to have control over the game and reduced clothes from being torn apart and devastated. Also is there something you can do about when you do remove a team member that they keep coming back in and they’ve been removed they been warned several times I’ve been told is there a way you can stop that as well? These are my issues along with through all these glitches I was robbed of the $20 gift box number for for my team and then also we were given one and the glitch took mine away I started to open it and my whole game shut down it wasn’t able to tell the lady thank you alright at the same day on double gifts right around that time thank you
@KAGO, you mention a couple issues here. It sounds like if you don’t want removed members to pop back in, you might want to consider making your club Invite only. All of my clubs are Invite only, and I’m very picky about who gets in 2 of my clubs, and who stays in the other 2. It’s more work, because i have to recruit, but it’s worth it.
I don’t think TriPeaks can decide who gets rewards and who doesn’t when they are in a club, because some clubs have no rules. So those who are slackers, are not breaking rules.
I feel your frustration though, and wish you the best of luck, and success in your club!
You need to remove them like @CindyLu said. Change to invite only. We have the same frustrations. There will always be those that only do the minimums and no more than that.
Exactly I had so many people not even trying but sitting there claiming the prices the burnt a lot of my team players as myself alone and now it’s ended in this so long story but sad story and I have mixed emotions never wanted to be a club leader but I am God blessed me with a good co-leader awesome actually an. A fellow that can get up into the hundred thousands who’s been burnt by the club or in twice so he deserves to be a coleader. I am totally in agreement. I feel like we have developers in and on the staff so hopefully the techies can figure something out for the club leaders. I am only a cold leader will was I just got demoted because people started following me out of the club. Not my fault when you are a cheerleader trying to make all equal and fair for all when the leader won’t I I get the blame but it’s not my fault pretty sad. I’m going to miss them I really will. I didn’t cause these problems actually the leader did buyout speaking in the chat when she really didn’t have things correct so it did cause some problems so I’m looking ahead and gods bless me with some awesome people already in the team. Hopefully we can get these things I like to give people chances but enough is enough and she wouldn’t let me remove Selected Few when they broke the rules of the club with no communication as to this is why I can’t excetera. I do have one issue though she never taught me how to invite people can you tell me how? Yes ma’am I tried to do that but the Lee Club leader said no these three or four people will never be removed from the club! They weren’t up to the 21k not reading the chat no communication of why they were behind Etc and so I put a deal out like Dancing with the Stars does you are in danger at risk of being removed and boy I guess I shouldn’t have done that. I told her my principles were different than that and I would not do my team like that rules are rules and what’s fair for one is fair for all! Play this day! Today I was demoted co-leader and I had told in the chat I would talk to Angie that she brought it to the chat in front of the whole team bad bad move not fair to the team so it’s been divided I don’t know exactly how many will show up I have three I know we were all friends to start with two of them I brought in under my wing and cheerleading them all the way to the top that’s awesome several of them were like that I’m going to miss them all of them actually they were like my family. But I cannot and will not and will not lower my value standards and morals for anyone for any reason. Rules are rules they knew him before they got in there I just didn’t want to follow them they have plenty of warnings. The leader is the one who caused the issues then threw the blame game on me in front of everybody and they all know me and they can read LOL so it is what it is I didn’t want to be a club owner or leader whatever fought it for so long but I gave him to her so now got slammed one door and open the window and I’ve lived through it so tonight it’s going to be a very adventurous night and I’m really excited! I understand that you’re frustrated but if that if you had your way then other clubs may take away people’s rewards away just to be spiteful to other and that’s not fair. There are always going to be slackers. just choose invite only. This way if you remove people the can’t jump back in
@Mags, they do that to those who don’t participate at all, just like club quests, if you earn 0 points during the week, you get 0 perk chests. I know that from experience 
@KAGO, when i invite people to my club, i go to the Discover tab, put in any search word (i use any word that i hear on the tv, like “low” (I just heard that word on a commercial lol) then i look at the results, tap on a club that significantly less points than my club.
Depending how far we are into the week I look at clubs that have about 20k - 50k points. If there is a player who is earning all the points, and there are several players (or especially the leader) who doesn’t play anymore, then i get excited. I then tap on their name to see how long they have been in the club, and how many total points they have earned, to see if their weekly is close to what we need to obtain our goals. This is a little hard to determine, because if they joined in October 2018, you don’t know if it’s the first week or last. Judgement call, depending on their current points. I then look at their profile, and the clencher for me is if they are logged in with FB. That is important, because having that contract with them outside of club chat, helps me decide to work with them if they need a few days off, and can stay, or move them to another one of our clubs if they need more time off. If it looks good, then hit the Invite button.
We have started warning people help the club or leave or we will take you our selves . Have done one week and coming up on week 2 and will give warning again if they start playing they if not out they go . I have also noticed that it seems when we get to #6 a lot quit playing and i think its because it is very hard to win a game on that one . And i spend a lot of coins trying to win and like today only have 13,000 in back to play with and cant do much with that .
Pros and cons to the idea. There does needed to be control over slackers but a leader could mess up and take rewards from wring member. Better to not and game could set up a way to block any member from joining again
