Since the Sunday night reset, I’ve played a few hours each day, and won a grand total of 11 games.
I have plenty of points. I even bought some Boosters and WildCards. But I’m not wasting them in a layout where I’ve played all my cards, and still have 8 or 9 covered.
I’ve stayed around because I like my club. But when I go for 30 minutes or more of sheer drudgery, without a single winnable hand, why bother??
This is supposed to be my entertainment and relaxation. Lately, it’s just an ordeal. I honestly don’t know how you stay in business, when you treat your customers this way.
The game has definitely changed, and not for the better. When you watch the ads and choose a card to turn over, it is rigged to NEVER have the highest amount (unless that amount is under two cards). I can choose the left card 24 times in a row and the highest amount will be under the right. On the 25th time I will chose the right and the highest amount will be on the left. I have tested this at least 50 times. It is pretty sad that the creators have to rig your winnings in multiple parts of the game.
OH, YEAH, I definitely feel the same way? So Tripeaks? Do have answer to this? WHY after this latest up date is it so hard to win a freakin Game?? And why did U take my red star boxes away the other nite? I paid 6k, like, at least 8 ×s for A time red star and streak red star and WON them but DID NOT RECEIVE them? Why? Do you treat your Players this way? Especially, the ones who Spend their WHOLE Paycheck On this

That’s a bummer! Just an FYI. This forum is players helping players. Unless it’s a post where the big kahuna has posted, you should be sending in help tickets through the help while you are on the game. The same goes with technical issues. Of course there are plenty of players that have perhaps a similar issue that another member is going through and sometimes you can resolve an issue here that way. But by all means support does not keep tabs on this forum, your best option especially when you are missing perk bonuses is to get that ticket in.if you are unsure by all means near the top of this page is FAQ. There is plenty of info there also, good luck!
I used to love this game! Now it is impossible to win without making purchases of coins and boosters. It is not fun to loose 23 out of every 25 games! Please make this game fun again for those of us unable or unwilling to spend money in your game, Tripeaks! I don’t want to give up your game…
