so Saturday I logged in day 516 I think, Sunday would have been 30 minutes free golden tiki, which I was seriously looking forward to since most any other time We as a team already have the golden tiki when it has fallen on the daily log in… so it’s pointless to have the 30 minutes free…so like I said, I was looking forward to utilizing this…and for some reason, it sent me all the way back to day 1. I have yet to hear from them and kind of hard to make that loss up to me now. Has anyone else had this happen?? I was VERY disappointed!
Yes, there have been a few posts in regards to that, one player was traveling and due to a time change it also reset. You will likely have to carry on from day 1

It should show up in their log than, you can submit a ticket and find out if you will be compensated
