Problem with receiving coins and club points

Hi, I’m not sure what I can do or what can be done but I need some help. I keep getting jipped on my coins and club points. I know I’ve not been given well over 90,000 coins (just a guesstimate because I know it’s way more) and I’m not sure how many club points. What can be done? I’m not sure and needed feedback please. Thanks so much

@Tina_McKay, are you talking about collecting on quests? If so, I’ve heard others here say screenshots are the key. Screenshot your coin balance before claiming your reward, screenshot your reward, and screenshot your balance after collecting. If it’s not correct, contact customer service.

Take screen shot like CindyLu indicated, then contact TriPeaks in the game so they can tie it to your account. Be persistent if you don’t get a satisfactory answer.

I can speak from experience it helps. It also helps me remember the exact figure to enter, which I am sure makes it easier for the support people to confirm, because I am sure there are folks out there who make false coin loss requests. I find closing out the game when I am not playing and keeping the game updated has made it less glitchy.

I hated to complain, I so love this game. I’m highly addicted lol But it sucks when I’ve spent alot (more than I’d like to admit :see_no_evil:) of money playing this game and then it’s wasted. I really hope they help me, and know that I’m not one of those people who lie to them. I’m hoping they can see my info since I’ve been playing and see that I’m a Tripeaks addict. Lol

Bugs happen. Don’t ever worry about letting them know, it helps them improve the game. I am actually pretty impressed with the support & community.

I lost a number of quest but now I screen shot. Seem like I’m losing the points or bonuses when I delay collecting.

Someone said they received a response from customer service that encouraged them to claim their reward right away.

I’m getting that now, yuck. Then seem like the change was not worth the change. It is rally like it was before.

Lol. This morn won two free games on a quest. Had to grab my coffee and then claim. Did not take a pic and then no free games. Bummer. Keep telling myself… take screen shots!! So… claim immediately.

Hi Tina! I noticed that when collecting daily FB coin exchanges my bank was not reflecting the free coins in total. I began screenshots before and after collecting coins and at least 99% of the time shorted. Writing in I have been reimbursed some and believe it’s who answers if you are to be reimbursed. One response I received showed my personal account log and although that didn’t total the amount available from friends the Tripeaks rep was implying I was seeking free coins as a way to take advantage of them. I found this very offensive and replied back how I felt and that i have no reason to take time from my day to do this sort of thing this request was never resolved. It may seem petty in one way but I feel they encourage FB friends and coin exchanges so I feel they should honor the agreement and their responder should not have replied in that manner. It takes time to do screenshots, math and write in. Obviously I am not doing all this for fun. If it wasn’t for my club and friends made through club I would have switched games months ago. Now I continue to write in when I am shorted but find it a royal pain. Most people never complain and they should take care of the ones that do seriously.
