Your question is very general, you want to than the player in what way?
If they are in your club you can post in chat.
If they share coins with you or ya’ll were on Facebook go to your friends list to find them or search them.
There is currently no way to directly msg another player. If you are in a club together, you can post in the club chat. I REALLY wish they would make it possible to direct message other players.

We have inboxes and I want to be able to use them to talk to each other. I also want to know who the gifts are from.
