I would really like to see a running total with the perks so we know how many points we need to finish a perk.

Thats a screenshot of the points needed for each perk. To work out how much more you need for each perk you just have to do the maths. For example, if your clubs overall club points are 32k and you have completed perks 1 and 2 and you are working on perk 3 you know you need another 12k to finish it.
32,000-5,000-15,000 =12,000

Yes. Click on the bar and it tells you 2,000/10,000 would be really nice.

Yes! An easy solution to a vexing problem. Perk 7 always has at least the points needed to get. None of the others do
