Please remove the ‘X’ button from inside the gift boxes. The ‘Thanks’ button should be the only exit button.
If you pay cash to buy a gift box, you deserve to get ALL of the Thank You coins.
People hit the X by mistake all the TIME. and then customer service tells you they aren’t able to issue thank you coins once gift box is closed.

What a great idea! Like most of us, I have hit close before “thanks”. Feels so bad! Removing the close button assures a win/win for giver and receiver.
They should stop playing games and just send them the coins in a lump sum for the box that they paid good money for. The thank you button can remain but why should the product someone paid for be dependent on other people hitting the correct button. That’s just dumb.

Yes!!! I 100% agree so many times i have sent gifts and never received all my Thanks coins, it is very disappointing
