So we received a message that we reached our limit for the day for removal of players not following rules. I didn’t know there was a limit. Where is this information located?

I’ve never hit that limit myself, but I’ve heard from several forum members that they have, so it appears there is a limit. I checked the FAQ (link at the top of the forum page), and although it tells how to remove a member from your club, it doesn’t say how many people can be removed a day.
That’s one thing great about this forum, is that we share info.
Do you remember how many you removed before you got the notice?

Pretty sure its 20, resets at 11pm cst, or around there

The limit is 15 per day
