Perk 7 didn’t give us our double card

Same here. And it’s been long enough for them to have fixed the problem by now I would have thought.

Mines been like all day but if you uninstall the game it comes back. Every time you close down the game though you’ll have to uninstall it again before opening it back up otherwise the double stack isn’t there again.
Obviously make sure you are logged in with Facebook so you don’t lose your progress, coins etc…

A couple of our members said logging out and back on also works to get double stack back.

All of a sudden I cannot log in. I can’t do it from my iPhone, Facebook, nothing. Would you happen to have heard about this from others? I’m afraid to delete & reinstall the app because of all my coins & boosters. I can’t afford to lose them.

Try a force stop on the app 1st. Shut down your device than turn it back on, not a restart. If it is still an issue, Here is their email address be sure to copy and paste the email address

@Naya_Chen, are you saying you can get into the game, but either you logged out, or the app some way has you logged out, so your progress (coins, boosters, everything), are no longer available? If so, I haven’t heard of that from other players here yet. That’s weird, and may be a problem with your app.

I have deleted and reinstalled many many times, and have never had a problem. As long as you have previously been logged on with FB, your progress is saved externally. You can probably do this. I would.

If that makes you too concerned, you can try this: If you have another device you can try to log into the game, that should work too. Any mobile device should work, but if that device has FB, it needs to be logged into your account on FB before you try “logging in” on TriPeaks.
