You would have to put a ticket in.
Load the game, click your profile picture, Tham click help. Look for the chat and start a ticket

Click on the news tab on top of the forum, if you have a Facebook account, the new web shop also gives a free daily gift. Also while you are on the game you can get to their Facebook page by opening your inbox tab, and select be a Facebook friend. You don’t need a Facebook account to collect points.
