Notifications on the app

How do I get notifications on the app when it’s closed ?

If you have an android, go to your app manager in settings, then go to the Solitaire TriPeaks app, and choose notifications. It’s probably similar on an iPhone, but I’m not sure

I am 80 and play the game on my iPad Air ?
