I have not been receiving my Wild Cards when I win the game that offers them. I have not received 4 so far and its frustrating!! Please fix the problem and give me my Wild Cards! Thank you

The same is happening to me as well. It sounds like TriPeaks is aware and working on a solution. Fingers crossed it’s soon! Be sure to submit a help request in the game!

I have not gotten several of the wild cards I won from the totem and there have also been event chests that I have won and didnt get in my inbox. Please fix the problem.
I have lost at least 15 wilds from the totems. I have contacted “support” with specifics like times, level played, dates. I got one response saying they are working on it. That was 3 weeks ago. What is taking so long? I have requested replacement. Crickets. Infuriating. 
I thought Tiki Skies totem issues were fixed!!! Didn’t get wilds (3) and coins won today! Totem just disappears and you don’t get the prize!
Did you Reboot your game as soon as soon as you noticed it…
If that didn’t fix it send a ticket as soon as it happens so there is a time stamp of your error. Also include as much information n your help ticket as possible

Help wouldn’t even give me back 3,000 coins last time they screwed up, so I am sure they wouldn’t care. Just venting!
I also haven’t been receiving free play cards. 2 from a chest I won & 2 from watching videos. There was also a missing wild card from a chest I won, there may have been 2 in the chest I’m not sure. Please fix the problem it is so disappointing not to receive them.

The best I can offer is always report it in the game. If they don’t award it, reply to the individual who answers your help request. If they fail to support you, give them negative feedback.
