I, along win many others are noticing that we are not receiving our rewards for the Quests. I take photos of my coin total or number of Wild Cards or Boosters before claiming my winnings but it seems lately they those do not pay out. My totals remain the same as before I claim them.
GSN has been good about giving the misses rewards back but it is a pain to have to document each time I win a quest the coins, wild cards and boosters or free games I had so I can request reimbursement.
Tripeaks, if you are reading this, I see numerous posts of this occurring constantly. Most people don’t even realize they aren’t getting the payout, I would have never even checked except another player documented, with photos on a public site that she was not getting her winnings. When my club began to check, sure enough, it is happening to us too.
Can you figure out what is going on?
For club members, check everything before you claim your reward so you are certain that you are compensated.
When you sent your claim in are you sending pics? I couldn’t remember what the quests were as I wasn’t paying that much attention, so I did not get my missed coins from support. I do screen shots now of every quest before and after. But haven’t sent in a ticket for the last missed quest.
I sent in a service request to Tripeaks, unfortunately I am unable to do screenshots on my phone anymore, and they told me that I did get the reward, even though I know I didn’t. Very frustrating since I depend on the coins from the quests to continue playing the game.
I’m not getting my DAILY QUEST REWARDS OVER LAST WEEK!!! Just finished one yesterday for 8000 coin reward and NEVER GOT THE COINS!!! I had 94000 before I pushed the claim button and was still at that amount after I claimed my reward!!! What’s going on??? I have not had any trouble with daily quests until last week I WANT MY COINS THAT I EARNED!!!
Send a request to Customer Service in the game. It helps if you know what the quest was, playing for clubs or so many games so they can research it. So far I have been given everything that I didn’t receive. I ALWAYS take s photo of my coins, wild cards, booster or whatever the quest reward will be right before I claim the reward and once I claim it I check to make sure that I received it.
Putting in a claim immediately, or at least I think, helps them find it quicker than waiting hours or days. They aren’t going to have a clue which day or what quest to look at.
The key is requesting it immediately and letting them know which quest it was and was the payout was suppose to be. Don’t wait a day or 2, do it as soon as you know you didn’t receive it. You need to be specific, I think that is what helps me.
I haven’t sent any screen shots…but I too noticed it happen but didn’t have details…now I just check before and after then email them the details of what the quest was and I’ve gotten everything in a message in less than 24 hours!!!
