I am not receing the 14k in coins for each thank you for the large gift box I purchased.
@Salem, make sure you report that to player services. In the game, tap on your profile/menu icon (top left corner), then Help, then Contact us at the bottom of the screen.

Sounds like you need to try and communicate with your team more of outright tell them you are not spending your own actual cash until everyone starts thanking you…
