The glitches in this game are beyond ridiculous! Obviously I have an internet connection, I’m posting on the forum, which is on the internet.
This game is HORRIBLE!
I have gotten the same thing, all it takes for me is to turn wifi off than on right away and it loads. Than it’s done after that

It continues to do it. Especially when the quests load.
is there a update available?
A player on my team was not up to date and having that issue. She updated and that helped.
