Anyone else not able to play the GSN ship? I’ve always played both ships for extra stars and have both apps required downloaded. Even deleted and reinstalled the casino, still can’t play GSN and it’s costing me stars! Grrrr…

@Tiina and some others have posted about this… send a help ticket. Mine are working, sorry for your lose. I play them for easy stars too.
Still working on my game, and needed that boat tonight. Hope you get yours fixed soon. Is the Bash boat still working for you? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the TriPeaks app?
I also sent in a help ticket yesterday. Problem is still not resolved.

I dont but all iOS users are having the same issues… been told to wait for the update yet we keep getting red star quests, bit unfair as a cub and player to lose quests:tired_face:

Ask for quest points as it affecting club points and individual games

Same here! Have complaint in from last week that said knew about it and were working on it. No other reply and still not working!
STILL NOT WORKING!!!
12 days later and still no fix…unfair to all of us who need stars to progress thru for coin rewards, very unresponsive to the help ticket…shouldn’t take that long to resolve…guess they don’t care about players…
Just got a response that says they are aware and developing a fix and will update soon.

Just had an iOS update, then a game update, so figured that would fix it, but no…still no GSN ship…I deleted and reinstalled the app, didn’t matter…what was the update for if they didn’t correct the non-playing ship?

That really stinks for you I’m IOS And my my ships work, are you playing on an OLDER device? (I’m on iPad/my boyfriend plays on iPhone 6) I’m not sure what that update was for either some apps tell you it didn’t say…but I found a glitch and reported it after the update
you can see a J (jack behind the fish) I also had it w 6 on ever game w fish cards yesterday. HOPE YOU GET YOUR SHIPS BACK.

Hi Tasha, yes I play on an iPad Air 2 so it’s a fairly newer device. It’s a little annoyance but it costs me easy stars every week.

I still can’t play my GSN boat. I installed the iOS update last night & was hoping that would do the trick. I reinstalled both TriPeaks & GSN to no avail. I also sent in a help ticket & received the same response as others. It’s been 3 weeks.
