Now the game crashes right after I win, so it doesn’t count toward quests, stars or points. But coins and boosters are gone! 11 times this morning, started yestetday. Please fix this asap! Losing even when I win!
What type of device are you using, I have the same issue, (samsung A8) but from figuring it out, it was a combination of a software update on my phone and the samsung game app update. It’s not quite fixed, but definitely much better than 3 weeks ago for me

Amazon fire tablet, fairly new. Glitches (crashes all the time) galore since yesterday. Think there must be something in a new update.

When I submitted my ticket, it was around 5 or 6 replies for them to between escelade the ticket to the right tech and actually understand what was going on. My tributes were not adding, nor my points. They sent me a log and explained it was delayed. So carefully watching and taking a bunch of screen shots, they were practically right. I did catch where it did not actually add tributes and points, but when I closed my game and opened it, they did add than. In the end they did send me some boosters.
The more players that send the tickets in the more of a chance we can get it fixed.

They definitely did not count on mine. I would have finished my club quest last night, and it took all morning because it kept happening today. I did submit a ticket, but it takes two days for a cut and paste reply and two more back and forths before you get any type of real reply. Plus I didn’t even ask for any reimbursement because that is as hard to get as winning the jackpot. (never) They just tell me I am the only one with this problem…
I know, and I’ve said it before it’s footwork involved, it really shouldn’t be like that, but you do have to keep replying to at least get the reward, usually for me at least the last time was 5 replies, than I random got an extra reward in my rewards tab on the game.
