@Tami_Wear-Friedman, did you report it in the game? It’s best to do that so they can tie the problem to your account. It’s located on the top left corner of the screen, click on HELP then CONTACT US.

Try doing a force stop of the game. I use this for a lot of things and it fixes them.

@Tami_Wear-Friedman, do you mean the club quests, or the perks located in Pele’s perks?
If it’s the club quests, is the screen not loading after completing the hands? If so, when the screen doesn’t load, you can hit continue in the top right corner, then when the next screen appears, tap on Quests, near the bottom right corner. You’ll see your progress then. If this is the problem, that’s happening to me, and a lot of people too, and hopefully they’ll have a fix for that soon.
If it’s the perks, shown in Pele’s perks (seen by tapping on the Club icon, in the bottom right corner, then on the volcano), then what is happening? Is the green bar not filling up to show you your clubs progress on the perk you are working on? If that’s the case, that definitely needs to be reported, using the method Terbaer described above.
