We’ve carved a pineapple jack-o’-lantern every year since moving to Waikīkī, but I only have one photo: our very first taken in 2016.
Living in a condo, we are not allowed to decorate the outside of our home, but the inside is filled with the fragrance of fresh pineapple especially during the month of October.
Best part of making a Pineapple Jack?
We eat the guts—no gooey mess, no roasting!

I used granola and marshmellow for the bone. A bone shaped cookie cutter for molding. Candy worms and strawberry syrup for the details.
