Its been 6 days 5 days and 3 days that i e mailed my problem im missing 5 red stars i sent a total of 6 e mails in 30 days furst i missed 2 volcano cards they repplaced 1 then i missed 2 stars i got 1 now im missing 5 or more red stars and havent heard anything from them other they working on it now they have a special to double and i have zero stars what do i have to do to get my stars???

For myself when I send a ticket in it is 4 days to get reimbursed. However you should not have been shorted, what you lost you should have gotten back. I would go back to the original ticket and mention that you lost # boosters and should have gotten how ever many it was. When you sent your ticket in were you specific (lost 2 volcano cards)

@Eva_Kwiaton, are you talking about red stars? If so, yesterday I noticed I had no red stars on the island I was on (I could only see the gold stars). Then I remembered I hadn’t collected my red star leaderboard rewards yet. Once I did that, I had empty red stars all over the island. Could that be it for you?

No i got the one from qyest i had purchased and from chest and 3 from our playerpage last month so i had them n then puff they was gone
