Is there a way through the message tab to privately message members who are not reading chat? How do other teams get their members to read and follow chat?

We sure struggle with this. Our club is strict with Perk order. We recently removed our highest scoring member (she was very new to the game & our club) because she either ignored our perk order rule or didn’t read the communication feed. We are a top 550 club so you know she had an excellent score and we hated to do it. Had we been able to communicate with her, she would still be a valued player.

I sure hope that is something that can be added in the future. We have the same issues. We have a facebook group, but you can’t get them in the group if they don’t read chat.

I hope so too. Communication is key for having a good team, which in turn makes the game more fun!
