Put a ticket in through the help while you are on the game, and fyi you need to put a claim in before 30 days where your purchase was made through incase things go sour or you can’t get it resolved quick enough

I have lost coins, or when trying to achieve double red stars on quests, the game shuts down. It shut down four times yesterday within 1 1/2 hours. It’s the only app I have that does this. Or it freezes, just as you’re about to get your reward, never to be seen. I’m not alone on this I know.
