When I finished 216 in Tiki Beaches, I had around 80,000 coins, but when I started Tiki Skies, my balance was down to 35,000 give or take. Did it cost coins to get the next world open??? Confused how I lost all those coins.
You should not have lost coins. Sometimes the game glitches and just by closing the game and reopening it corrects it, if that did not work, go back on the game, click your profile picture and than click the help button, place a ticket under lost coin and tell them how many you are missing, it usually takes 3 days for them to send it to your inbox on the game
