Lost a lot of reward coins due to videos not being playable 😢

I had to 2-days at least where I was unable to view the videos and therefore lost out on a great many rewards. To help top up my coins etc when I am low so I can play more. I did send him a support ticket and last night on and off off I could watch videos or it would say I had watched one which I hadn’t and sometimes there was still a reward but sometimes there was not. What are the chances I can can watch extra videos once it’s fixed so I can can make up for what I feel I’ve lost in coins and wildcards? Has anyone else had the same problem as myself partner and son have all had difficulty watching videos at one point or another. :upside_down_face:

I discovered that when I have little or no wifi I can’t download the videos.

I have been at home with a strong WiFi signal and my data enabled so I don’t think that is what is happening with mine. They started again briefly and then stopped again. Periodically I have logged into the pp and the first notification is one saying "thank you for viewing and then a card with a reward on it, when clearly I have not viewed anything because I was logged out #puzzled

The latest update for android has caused issues with videos for me, I push watch, the button acts like it was pushed but no video, so I close, reload and rewarded the auto 1k. It’s been difficult for me also to get enough ads watched to at least get my wild card, so you should send a ticket in, even though the response may not be what you want to hear it’s important that tickets are sent in so that they can see there really is a problem with this.

I used to be able to watch about 20 ads a day… sometimes it would say unavailable but then start up again. Now after about 10 it says max watched!! And the ones I’ve watched don’t pay over 1000! I’ve put in a ticket… we’ll see…I’m sure there is some excuse.

I have found if I restart the app it will reload and say thank you for watching etc and I get the 1000 coins. It is not working just by clicking on the ads though.

Tried that…it didn’t work. Kept saying " max ads watched"…
