I bought a 2x large box today. Another club member did at the same time. When I went in to claim the gifts, I only had the one from the other member. My own never showed up in my inbox, and the same thing happened to the other member. HELP, what happened?
@Sarah, make sure you report that! Your teammate should also report it. In the game, tap on Menu, then Help, then Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.

I bought 2 large and didn’t get either one yesterday! I had 4 unopened from teammates and I took screenshots of my inbox and opening with the “thank you” notes attached to each. They told me those was the ones I purchased and won’t give me mine, so I’m out 43 bucks!
I cannot tell when they are mine or from a teammate. I will watch that next time.

If it’s the box you bought, it won’t have the “thanks” tab.

I got the same message from them, so I sent a reply worded much stronger and they gave me my box. “Squeaky wheel gets the grease.”
