I played and earned rewards (Volcano cards and coins), but didn’t collect them immediately. When I returned to the game about 20 hours later, the rewards were no longer there/available. Can I get these back?

@MJG, make sure to submit a trouble ticket. In the game, tap on your profile pic, top left corner, then Help, then Contact us at the bottom of the screen, and fill out the form.
