The volcano and wild cards are in a terrible place.I have lost lots of each.I have let them know to no avail.

Hi @JD_Shoe, welcome to the forum. The location isn’t in the most convenient place. I’ve hit them both on accident. I’ve looked at the screen before and unfortunately, I really couldn’t think of a better place to suggest they put them. It’d be sure nice if we could undo tho.

Hi They could be moved to the side of give us a undo button…The pop ups are relentless.It’s not as enjoyable as it used be!

True. That’s probably a better place. I don’t get pop ups. Hmmm. Have you ever reported that you get a lot of them? Maybe try that? Help is at the top left, click on your pic then HELP and CONTACT US. Couldn’t hurt to try.

That help button STILL does not work for many of us, and yes… I have reported. I keep seeing more people comment here in the forum that it doesn’t work for them either.

You don’t get pop ups for days left in perks or sales?
I think they were referring to the constant pop up adds to make in-game purchases of coins/boosts/wilds etc.

I did contact them about my help button not working, I just noticed THIS week that if I tap it a few times it does work again, not quite like it used to, but it works!!

I have a bad habit of playing when I’m half asleep. I wake up at night grab my phone and try to play. I often hit the boosters accidentally because they are at the corners of my phone where I hold my phone for full screen.
Also, the puffer fish in Tiki seas swims right behind the undo and more cards buttons. Both are costly.
