Links from FB not working

I am not able to get any of the links from FB. Clicking the link takes me to the App Store page and then I open the app but no reward. Any ideas?

I know that when links are broken they do get corrected. You can only go back 30 days to collect. Make sure you’re game is closed than click on the link. It takes me 2 or 3 tries sometimes. But if it’s not loading the game at all, take a screenshot of the post for the freebie with the link and put a ticket in through the game. Send that screenshot when you do this

Hi Marina. I am having the same problem. I hope it will pass soon! I did find a way to collect the rewards though. When the app page appears click on the 3 dots top right of page and select open in safari (or browser) not sure anymore and it will give you the reward. A bit long but at least you get them. Good luck and let’s hope it passes. It did before.

I managed to collect the rewards yesterday. I always save them up until Friday and then collect them all at once.

Thank you. I did try that but it wouldn’t work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now the 3 buttons to Safari work.

You could try logging out of all sessions on FB.

  • Go to Security and Login,
  • look for “where you’re logged in” and click on “see more”,
  • scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Log out of all sessions” .

If that doesn’t work try an app that deletes your cache.
