Truly disappointed! I’ve just been promoted into the in the Gold league. I had to play hard to maintain the 27k winning payout. Needless to say I was let down and very disappointed about my winnings! I understand we’re not guaranteed the payout to be given in coins. But please explain to me how much is a coin worth? And whose to say the exact value of a free play card is? Especially when I can’t choose which game I’d like to use it one? So, please tell me is 9700 coins, and 16 gems add up to 27k payout? I don’t think so!

Ok do the math… I won 27000 in winnings.
9700 coins
3 free plays (my highest level play amount = 3000 coins)
16 gems
9700 coins
+9000 (value if I play highest level)
———-
18,700
So take my winning amount “27,000”
27,000
-18,700
————
8,300
So now I have 16 gems left…
8,300 divided by 16
Each gem is worth 518.75
REALLY? SERIOUSLY?
I might be wrong, but you get the 27,000 plus the gold chest. The points hit first and then the gold chest opens.

I get the coins first, then the chest with the boosters and additional coins.

Me too. I get my coin payout first also. Are you possibly getting the 27k but just not noticing because you are watching the chest payout? The chest payout is on top of your winnings.

Unfortunately it was not in my case! I did not receive 27k coins in addition to my 9700 coins, 3 free plays, and 16 gems. So I don’t understand how 9700, 3 free plays & 16 gems add up to a 27k payout?
PS gold chest on picture appears because I’m in gold league leaderboard

I saw coins flying, but I didn’t check my balance before collecting. I will this Sunday night.
Btw @Tiki-Ohana-Mama, about every 3rd week I make it up into platinum, but never get enough red stars to stay there lol

This happened to me a few weeks back. Lost 50k in coins and could not get them credited. Now I screen shot my coin total before I collect and after to have a record.

The more I investigate the rewards the more suspicious I become about the rewards. They seem to be nickel and diming players everywhere in game of true rewards.

I have been taking screenshots before and after collecting coins, rewards etc. and find repeatedly shorted from Tripeaks. Writing in is sometimes reimbursed, other times answers are scripted and seem to imply you are trying to “claim” more than what you have rightly earned.

So I screenshotted before the red star Leaderboard ended and my reward once it ended. I got what I was supposed to along with the extras that come along with it.

Unfortunately, I was unable to catch where I placed! It went down to the second! There was 3 of us playing for 1st place! Now I’ve been promoted to the platinum league and barely treading above the demotion line! Will definitely take note come this Sunday night.

Miracles do happen! TRIPEAKS shortchanges players in multiple areas repeatedly do just keep your eyes on totals when collecting. I do screenshots before and after collecting any rewards as so often under paid by 20-30 coins daily trying to collect coins from FB friends!
There might be glitches but I don’t think Tripeaks does this on purpose. This would only hurt them in the long run. @Lin_Beaulieu
