Ok, so I don’t have Facebook so I don’t know if that matters, but I did start my own club recently. The problem I’m having is that I chat all the time with my club and no one ever responds or they don’t talk among themselves- at least that I can see. I only see what I have posted and welcome all new teammates all the time. never a reply back. I’ve even asked if someone could just send me a reply to know if my Chat feature is working- and still nothing. Is my Chat getting out there, and why can’t I see theres? Any ideas guys. Thank you all so much.

It’s hard to find people to chat, a lot of people get kicked from clubs because of that reason, I have 2players if you tell me your club I can join it and chat just to see if it works or if you need to send a help ticket.

That’s interesting! I can’t imagine everyone on your team doesn’t chat. Submit a ticket to see what they say. It’s located in the top left corner of the screen, then click on HELP and CONTACT US.

Your chat works. I seen 12 days, best advise I can give you is… it’s all about what you wnt from your club, rules are rules and if they are posted you stick by them. That’s where Club notes comes in handy. Good luck

Say “Hi”, or “here” or even just an “X” (in chat) so I know you saw this!
When new players join our club, I welcome them, and tell them to check club notes. If they don’t reply, then I know they are not looking at chat.
About 10% have actually responded in chat when they join.
I have a couple of excellent point earners in the club who don’t check chat, but I no longer expect them to. They don’t switch perks or otherwise cause problems, but earn a lot of points, so I’m ok with that.
It just depends on your priority, and what’s important to you in your club.

My team doesn’t seem to chat at all.

My team chats a lot. It is nice to know that the team is on the same page. We all like to and CAN play a lot. I think it just depends on the group, though. I am relatively new to my current club(Spring) but some of them appear to have known each other for quite a while. It is in the club notes that we must check chat and I think if you do your job then there is no need to chat…only report that a quest is done. I rarely chat except if I will be unable to complete a quest due to life. If you make it an expectation then they will chat. Tell them, in the club notes, that they need to report when they have completed their portion of the quest. That way you know who is contributing and can look for new members, if needed. Keeps things honest for the most part. Hope this helps.

I had my own club and walked away from it for the very same reason I had a few players that you talk right now but the majority forget about it. I tried saying reply with your name on me this way I know the chat is part of the games if you can’t relate to your players then you don’t have a real team. . I wish you luck it’s not easy especially when U have new players that land I. Your club unless it’s private. I suggest you get a Facebook account and find experience players I wish you luck Joanna

There is the right club for everyone…it’s all in how you build it…as a leader you set forth rules and stick to them, players start to catch on, if your expectations are plain as the notes you set out… and you lead by example it may take a bit but it should work… Iv yet to start my own club, but was forced a leadership in one, we went to diamond I was proud of them, but our club name brought players w other languages which was hard for me, Iv since moved on and have taken leadership of another club, which has some great co-leaders, that is a plus😊 …Wishing you both the best of luck.(no Facebook for me just the forum)

Well looks as you have been here awhile maybe your misunderstanding things. @Joanna20039 I was responding also, I did not reply to your message only. Like I am now. Guess you can take it how you want it. We are all aloud to have an opinion.

Since you all are talking about chat, although not related to topic here, I was wondering something… BC there are ppl playing from other countries, does the CHAT feature have translation from English to whatever language they speak… Thanks for the help…
