Since yesterday 08/08/2019, I have been unable to get the game to load on my Kindle. When I double tapped on the icon to find out why it was not loading, it said that the app is not compatible with my device! Was there some update and what do I need to do to get it to load?

The most recent update had to do with the friend center, I also heard they were working on a fix for the no ads issue. Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? As long as your game is linked to Facebook your progress will be saved, if it is not you will lose your progress doing this, here is the help centre email

I did try uninstalling and re-installing. The Kindle won’t even download and says that it is incompatible with my device.
