I have not had any ads in 3 days now. NONE! I can’t collect the extra coins for watching ads at all. It keeps telling me I have watched the maximum amount of ads for the day but I haven’t watched any. Help please!!
@LizCain, we have a player in our club that is saying the same thing. It doesn’t seem to be happening to everyone, but not just to you.
Be sure to report the problem to player services. In the game, tap on your profile pic (top left corner), then Help, then Contact Us at the bottom of the screen.
Same here it started for me 4 days ago, just after I did the update(apple user) Iv sent help ticket and will keep doing it every week till they are fixed
It’s been the same number of days for Pollee, & I’ll ask her today if she has an apple device too.
Same here! This has been going on for 4 days now & it’s irritating! Especially since I already struggle to keep my coin balance up. I need to submit a ticket to customer service. Have you all contacted them? If so, what was their response to the issue?
Off loaded app last night and reinstalled, they are back a few other glitches I found are gone also

Uninstalling the app and reinstalling fixed this issue. Be sure you are linked to FB before deleting the app; FB is where your data is stored.
