How do you get into your clubs? Facebook page ?

Usually the leader of the group would create a Facebook page for that group and ask teammates to join, this is an extra way to communicate with other players, as long as they have Facebook and are willing to join the page also

To add to what Tracy said, ask your leader to add you. You will likely have to friend your leader on Facebook so they can add you.
