I have two accounts that I use to help my club keep above the 15 min and also to help out with perk player numbers. About a week and a half ago, the game glitched on my secondary account and somehow gave me some extra chests. Needless to say, the account was suspended. I tried logging onto the suspended account with my other device as well to verify there wasn’t a login issue. Now both of my devices say the account is suspended and I am unable to log out so I can log back into my primary account. I was able to log into my primary from a different borrowed device so I know that account is ok. I have tried everything I can think of from deleting the app, deleting Facebook, etc… but it still says account suspended when I reinstall the app. Support has not been helpful either, even though their software started this whole thing. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Have you logged out of all sessions on FB?
"go to SETTINGS then SECURITY AND LOGIN then under where it says “where you’re logged in” underneath that you’ll see “see more”. Click on that. Scroll to the bottom and click on “log out of all sessions”.
Nope. Same thing. It seems like the device itself is locked out.
Hmmm, the only thing I can think of is clearing your cache. Not manually but with an app. I use CCleaner. When I was having problems I used that and it cleared up the issue. Something was conflicting with my device I guess. But I was like you, willing to try anything.
So you could try that and turn off your device and try again? Not sure why they can’t help you because they suspended your account. Strange.
Thanks for the ideas. My guess is they don’t want to admit something went wrong with their software. I told them they could remove anything they thought wasn’t earned. Now they just stopped replying.
Sorry I couldn’t help. If you do figure it out could you post it? I hope you can somehow get this resolved.
It could possibly be that what is taking so long to reply is maybe it’s more complicated on their end. I’d still email them back with the same ticket number if you have it. Sure hope this works out for you.
I was finally able to resolve this, but support was no help at all. Basically, if your account is suspended, it is actually deleted and it will never come back. You are guilty as charged and you will get the runaround until you give up. That being said, any device that tries to log into a suspended account, aware or not, will have their device locked out of the game as well. I had to reset my device to factory and start over. You can’t even restore the device or it will become locked out again. Not the greatest news but at least it wasn’t my primary account and I am now back up and running with three accounts. Beware if you are playing this game on an Apple device that won’t update to ios13 or newer. There are bugs in the software that could lead to this happening to you - and you will NOT get a chance at redeeming yourself.
