How come some already got the Holidays Craze and others didn’t?

I did not get the holiday craze early but I did not receive my Party Chest for completing the first four events. Another member in my club also did not receive her party chest either. Anyone else having this issue???

I received the chest.

One of my team mates found that there was a 30min delay between finishing the quest and receiving her reward whereas I received mine within a couple of minutes.
