Where is the " hold card slot" and how is it used?

@Janet_Bradford_Murph, the hold card is available as a benefit to some special perk 7"s, and on some upper levels (so Iām told).
When you get a hold card slot, it is a place holder, next to your face up pile. You can move a card from your face up pile to your hold card slot to use later in the hand.
It is especially useful if you have a golden tiki to slide into it for later use.
