I have been playing consistently for 490 days in a row. Last evening the game would not load on any of my devices. Checked internet…everything else works…uninstalled. reinstalled no luck. Cleared cache, cleared cookies…still won’t load. HELP PLEASE!!!
@Karen_Clement, did you try rebooting your wifi? Sometimes wifi is the problem. I’ve also disabled my wifi on my device, and used data to log on (then switched back to wifi once I’m on)
Also, write to customer service. Let them know about your issue logging in. Several of my members had their daily reward reinstated.

Sounds like you have tried everything and definitely try what CindyLu said. Also make sure your app is the most current version, that you are logged into Facebook through the game’s menu. Worse case scenario go into you app settings and do a Force Stop. Good luck.

I had the same problem. Went crazy trying to figure out out. Jumped through hoops too. It all boiled down to one simple thing: reboot the darn wifi router. That was there whole problem, I couldn’t believe my troubles were all fixed!
