I like to visit the forum several times a day while I am playing and I get to it from the menu/help section. Tonight when I hit help icon nothing happens at all. I had to follow a FB link from the TP page to get to the forum. Is this only me having an issue? Any suggestions?

Ok @Birdiegirl13, I checked on all 4 of my devices. On 3 of them, I found the same thing - the help button doesn’t work. All 3 are androids - 2 Samsungs, and an LG. On the 4th device, also an android, a old Samsung tablet, the help button works.
Definitely needs to be reported! I’m sure that’s something TriPeaks would want to be aware of.

In the meantime, this is how I usually access the forum. From my browser (I use chrome on my phone), while viewing the forum, I tapped on the options menu, then Add to Home screen. This puts an icon on my home screen directly to the forum.

I’m writing my email now, to report it too. Maybe with multiple emails they’ll recognise that it’s not an isolated incident

I always just find a post to read about someone blog or what not. And from there get to the forum page. I know no other way…lol
@Princess48 When you are in the game hit the menu icon at the top left , from there you will see the help icon, that will lead you to the forum. You also can save the forum to your home screen on your device from your browser.

I tried it from the Help menu. But I hit it and it don’t work. So that’s out… lol
@Princess48 it worked until very recently. We have reported it to them and hopefully they are working on fixing it. I’m sure it will be fixed soon.
