When tried to collect daily coins got a message board that says something like " your not eligible to collect the coins" what that message supposed to mean? Why there’s a block?

@Kaye16, the best thing to do is to report it to customer support. In the game, tap on Menu in the top left corner, then Help, then Contact Us at the bottom of the screen. If you have a screenshot, that’s even better.
