Gsn customer service dont care

WHY IF YOU COMPLAIN IT IS NEVER DEALT WITH.
OUR DIAMOND/PLATINUM TEAM HAVE BEEN SHORT OF PLAYER FOR NEARLY 2 WKS,BUT KEEP GETTING CQ FOR 20 OR 22PLAYERS,THEY ARE LUCKY IF THEY HAVE 17 PLAYERS. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE COMPLAINED AND BEEN TOLD GET 25 PLAYERS TO PLAY.YET OUR REST TEAM HAVE HAD MORE PLAYERS AND THEY ONLY NEED 15 PLAYERS MAX.

From my experience, the higher the club rank, the harder the quests and usually requires more players to complete.

Also completion of a club quest of a specific type moves you to harder club quests of that type that requires more players to complete. If you don’t complete the quest the next club quest of that type (stars, pts, wins or games played) you move down to needing less players to complete. So it isn’t really how many players you have but how successful you’ve been in the past. So kinda of blame yourselves for having been too good :joy:

Our problem as well, complaints don’t seem to fix anything…very discouraging to say the least!

They should adjust your quests to how many players you have. My club has 23 players right now but we get quests for 25 people. There’s no way to finish a quest that way.

I’ve said since I joined this they need to make the last hour of quests for the whole club to work on but they are too greedy for that.

I have the same complaint. No quest should require more than 20 players. What good are Club quests when everyone is using coins & wilds trying to max when you don’t have a chance at achieving the quest anyway.
