Getting kicked out of game constantly

for the last 3 months i am unable to play as normal. getting kicked out every time I play. I try to do the 5 quest start to plat the kick me out the again and again to the point I am giving up . If i get kicked out it takes my money every time l try again . In 1 day I went from 93,000 to 24 all from trying to get i full game plaid . so I have asked for help over and over nothing works. so disappointed. anyone else having these issues.

My game occasionally crashes, working from an iPad but it is less likely to happen in a game. My best suggestion is to make sure you have done all the updates for your device and for the game. Reboot. Consider reinstalling the game.

I am using a amazon fire. i have updated over and over. i set it back to factory settings last night worked great . I did that one other time. and worked for awhile so guess I will do that if it hppens again. This is my favorite game.thanks

Welcome to the forum @Tammy_Park_Gaines, I’m sorry this is happening to you. That can be so frustrating. I used my kindle fire for a little while. I found it lagged, so didn’t use it for long. So you’ve, updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Have you tried it on another device? Just be sure you are connected to Facebook so you don’t lose your progress. Have you contacted the help desk? If not, they are located at the top left. Click on your pic, then HELP and CONTACT US. You can also contact them through email at solitairetripeakssupport@gsn.com. There has to be a way to fix this. Good luck!

I have the same experience when playing on my iPad. Since it is an older version, and I can play on my iPhone without the problem, I am assuming it is the age of my device. Maybe try switching to another device to see if that helps.

I have a teammate that is having issues also after the latest update, she has and LG device. She managed to log on long enough to submit a ticket, she issue is the blue screen of death. Hoping they get his resolved quick!

I also have that issue if playing on a older device.(tablet/phone)
Getting kicked out a lot.
The device is up to date on all general upates also, so I really don’t understand.
My guess is the game is overloaded with players and the server is having issues keeping up?. Just a guess.

These are all excellent solutions for your problem.try turning your phone off, literally, and cleaning your “ pages”
If all still fails delete the game and reinstall.
Also go up to the menu, to the upper left on your tiki screen and click out of fb after killing your device, be sure to go back to that upper left and sign back in. Lots of luck :blush:

My guess is that gsn are updating, adding, or changing things. When they’ve done this before, it’s always caused problems on my devices, and my team mates. Lately keep getting random messages, like game needs Internet connection, or club not existing, you have collected this bonus, etc when it’s nothing to do with me playing a game. GSN Just have an essential maintenance message with relevant time zones so we know not to waste our time, battery power, or coins boosters etc.

I’ve only been playing for a month but generally find I am kicked out at least twice a day my iPad is up-to-date and any updates are automatic for games and the other issue is this morning in the coin centre I should’ve received a free plane ticket but never received it after watching the ad at the end of playing for coins that’s about the third time something like that has happened. Another issue which is quite frustrating is after you play a game you get the pop-up thanks for playing and have to watch a video before you move on it happens to often I feel please change that thank you

@PaulineSK, I’ve had both of those issues. The video pop up drove me crazy for about 2 months, then it went away.

I’m still testing my new idea of doing a complete reboot of my phone before going into TriPeaks, and the last 2 nights of playing, the game didn’t shut down while I was playing. I don’t know yet if that is coincidence or if that’s the answer.

What do you mean by a complete reboot @CindyLu.
Im having a lot of issues Iv never had before, such as it telling me my internet isn’t connected, or load time of each screen is about 3 min …which is forEVER when your waiting to play…
Or it telling me expert levels have been unlocked …which I already know and isn’t new because Iv done over 100 levels in expert…
It tells me it’s timed out when I try to see scores in the clubhouse…
The list go on and on…

Lol I recieved that expert levels are unlocked even though I unlocked them 3 years ago lol. Maybe they are reminding me to play them. I also get the no internet connection, I turn my wifi off start to load the game than turn it back on seems to be the fix for me

I get the expert level and internet notifications too. I ignore both of them. If I wait 10-15 seconds my internet notice disappears. Because I live in a rural area, with barely acceptable internet, I just wait a few seconds until the game f igures out I really do have internet.

By reboot your device, I mean turn it off, wait 30 seconds and turn out back on.

A few nights ago I did a hard shutdown of my iPad waited for about 10 minutes and then rebooted but I’m still having issues with being kicked out of the game doing a hard shut down for other games when I was having issues helped that’s why I thought I’d try it with this game unfortunately it didn’t work with tripeaks.

Tonight I did a hard shut down, and still got booted too. Back to the drawing board. Hopefully they fix this soon!

I’m on a Samsung Galaxy S10 and have been going to Settings, Apps, Scroll to the TriPeaks Solitaire App, clear the cache, the force stop the app. That usually works for me every time. I have been doing this daily, before anything starts acting up.

I am also getting booted off the game several times a day got blue screen always comes up or if I watch an ad I get booted or if I switch from tribute to Quest seems like if I do anything I get booted I just wait a little while and then try again works for a while then the same thing happens hope it gets resolved soon I am wasting a lot of time

Now this is a fact it don’t matter if who ever post complaint 2 years ago it simply shows they quit point is there is lots of issues biggest one BLUE SCREEN why should I pay or change my device??? A game either plays or not tonight I came out the hospital to see after not playing in 28 hours VOLCANO has errupted wow my team gives up so only reason I play is I owe my team it’s going nowhere best player no 1 hasn’t played in 8 days wow had to remove them it hurts the team now he’ll what team who’s playing???
