Hey! I have just over a hundred gem rewards but for the last couple of weeks when I try to buy single free plays it doesn’t work. I hit that panel and nothing happens. I have bought 5 free plays, I have bought boosters when my balance was bigger, but now I cannot use my few remaining gems 
Please make this function, uh, function again.
I’ve had that problem as well, it works sometimes so there must be a glitch.

Don’t use the word glitch with the help center! They get very mad and defensive!!! lol
