PLEASE READ: I am owed several rewards over the past two days. Examples include: 07/02/20 - Reward from Tiki Skies 3 on Monkey Falls and Tiki Skies 50 on Plunder Bay. Today, 07/03/20, I played several games on Whale Pod Paradise and acquired Poi 2 times and did NOT receive my 4 Wild Cards. It cost me 100,000 coins. . I have put in a descriptive ticket for every incident and have had nothing addressed and remedied. I have played this game for over 365 consecutive days, are a club leader, and been a Club Champ 39x (every week of the program). I will not play again until this is resolved. Please boycott this game until they make this right. Also, do not hesitate to send in a ticket. Go to MENU on the main screen, then the HELP button, then CONTACT US and fill out a form. These are thieves and are making money off good people. Fair is fair.
Here is the thing, because that happened to me before, I did not go catch poi Through the event center, rather I just went via clicking on the island. That is the way to get the reward.
Hard lesson I learnt
Several of my members are losing things and the game keeps locking up and causing you to lose orthe free coin videos lock and close down the wholeworks and you get nothing. Is anyone else having this problem
Interestingly though, they will start the free 30 minute play, etc… at midnight whether you want to play it then or not. You have no button to start play. This game owes me big time for the 4 wilds today. I used 100,000 coins to catch the POI twice. I have not and will not play again until they make this right. The Tiki Skies are a mess also. Enough is enough.
That has never been necessary in the past. Events start after the next day cycle begins, including Quests. I spent 100,000 coins catching the 2 POI’s. I can’t let that go without collecting the 4 wild cards.
Same exact thing happens to me on a daily basis. I’ve contacted “support” quite a few times and I get nothing. They actually argued with me in emails and flat out said I am wrong. I wasn’t. Really thinking of boycotting here soon too. The latest issue was today playing the game. Waiting for a jumbo pack or rescue pack to appear so I could purchase and keep playing. It shows up and I was like you’ve gotta be kidding me

Yep. Constantly. Game glitches all the time. I’m regretting updating it.
Yes you are right, I always went through the island map. Best bet is anyone that wants to do that quest do your teammates a favor and let them know to go through the event center.
I haven’t bothered playing that either, until the get the fix done, hopefully ASAP I am just getting my points in for the club
This has happened to me a couple of time. I just reboot the game and the rescue mission is fixed.
It usually takes a couple,days,before they get to your ticket. You will never hear back or get things resolved the same day you sent in the ticket.
My free play has never started at midnight unless that is when you go into the game. I go into it in the morning with my coffee and it starts at the time I click in

They really couldn’t care less. After that fiasco that screwed up the totems on Skies, they send a maximum of 10 wilds to make up for, what, 2 weeks of losses? I lost more than 10 wilds in a day…not to mention thousands of coins. And I think the main change they made was to make those pop-up sales ads HUGE. And that’s another problem. Because those graphics are so big, it makes my game hesitate every time they try to pop up. Feels like game has frozen (which it does often), but then here comes the King Kong ad. What, do they think we’re blind and can’t see it unless it takes up the entire screen?
And I never do Scavenger Hunts anymore. They’re nothing but coin suckers and not worth the reward in any way.
Is that in US dollars? That’s $40 more than what appears in my game for the same thing. That’s not cool.
Oh, but the wonderful thing about getting 30 minutes free play, Momo or Tiki, is that’s when the sales ads like to pop up, wasting time on your 30 minutes.
