Game is crashing since last night

Hi all, I just discovered this forum while searching for answers as to why my game no longer works since last night. It opens for a matter of 2 or 3 seconds and then crashes. I tried again today but it’s doing the same thing. I have been playing for a long time, and I am a club leader. I’m going into withdrawals from not playing for 2 days!! LOL Is it just me or is this happening to others?

Hi @Robyn78, I had that problem last night too. I threw up my hands & logged in on a different device. I haven’t tried yet tonight, but when I get a chance, I’ll let you know.

Did you get back on yet? If not, do you have another device? I soooo feel you on the withdrawals!

Hi CindyLu, I tried last night and this morning without luck. I tried to load the app on my laptop but it says my device is not compatible. Thanks for the link I will contact them.

We have a few in our club with this same issue. One said that support is trying to figure out the problem but submit a ticket by all means.

I found my old ipad and installed the app on it, this one seems to be doing ok. Thanks for everyone’s input!

Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling? This usually fixes it.
